OUR STORY
Mr. Boyan Syarov’s love of food began as a child growing up in Paris surrounded by fruits and vegetables from his family’s background. This seasonable, sustainable approach has stuck with Syarov throughout his career. Upon graduation, Syarov moved to Los Angeles, where he began to develop his signature style. In 1979, Syarov opened Elysee in Westwood, Los Angeles. Ever since he and his family have been creating magnificent pastries, bread and cakes from scratch using only high quality ingredients. They employ traditional European bakery techniques and put incredible enthusiasm into every products.
